We Dwyer Builders Pty Ltd used David Caminiti for all the concrete construction works at a site in Burke Road Glen Iris. The works involved the construction of 18 apartments with a tilt slab method for wall construction. The works that David undertook included the following: • Basement footings and shotcreting • Approx. 700m2 transfer slab including beams including formwork and steel preparation • Suspended driveway ramp • Approx. 900m2 concrete floor (first and second level) • Conventional concrete stair over 3 levels • The works were completed with due diligence on David’s behalf and we and our clients were satisfied with the result presented.
